Unfortunately, we require proof of a formalized final grade at the time of application. Applications without a final grade will be considered incomplete and ineligible for review. You may apply in the next cycle once your grade is available.
2 / When will winners be notified?
Please ensure your contact details are up to date- scholarship recipients will be notified by email within 4–6 weeks after the application deadline (by late October). Please note: Our review committee is composed of dedicated AIC Ontario volunteers who generously contribute their time to this process. While we aim to complete the review and notify recipients within 4–6 weeks of the application deadline, we appreciate your patience during this time. If you do not receive a notification by the end of October, you may contact us at scholarship@aicontario.ca to inquire about the status of your application.
3 / How are funds disbursed?
Scholarship funds are disbursed via direct deposit. Once all required information is received and processed, the $1,000 scholarship will be deposited directly into your bank account. A T4A tax slip will be issued in the year the scholarship is paid.
