As the real estate landscape grows more complex and client needs continue to evolve, ongoing education is essential. The AIC-ON Continuing Education Scholarship is designed to empower designated members to expand their expertise, diversify their practice, and adapt to the changing demands of the profession. Through this scholarship, AIC-ON is investing in your professional growth—helping you strengthen your skills, broaden your services, and advance your career.

 

Scholarship Details

• Five (5) scholarships available

• Up to $1,000 per recipient

• Awarded annually

• Recipients are eligible to receive the scholarship once every two years

Aligned with AIC-ON’s 2025–2028 Strategic Plan, this initiative reflects our commitment to Enhancing Member Engagement & Professional Growth.

 

The scholarship supports designated CRA and AACI members in pursuing advanced education that:

• Enhances professional capabilities

• Expands service offerings

• Strengthens the valuation profession across Ontario

 

It also provides targeted support for CRA members working toward their AACI designation, helping facilitate individual advancement and long-term career development.

 

Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be a CRA or AACI-designated AIC-ON member in good standing

• Reside in Ontario

• Be pursuing continuing education that:

  • Diversifies their current appraisal practice and/or

  • Supports progress toward the AACI designation (CRA members only)

 

Eligible Education Period

Courses must be completed between:

January 2025 – October 31, 2026

How to Apply

1. Complete the application form.

2. Submit the following documents as individual PDF attachments:

   • Proof of course enrollment (receipt or acceptance letter)

   • Course or program overview/syllabus

   • Final grade, completion letter, or completion certificate

3. Email your completed application and supporting documents to:
