WHO: Antoinette leads the Financial Institutions and Mortgage Brokering Conduct team, overseeing the conduct supervision of credit unions, mortgage brokerages, and administrators while also shaping related policies. She chairs the Mortgage Broker Regulators' Council of Canada, a forum for regulators to share insights and address trends and issues.
Before joining FSRA, Antoinette was part of the senior management team at the Ontario Securities Commission, with extensive experience in compliance, risk, and policy related to mutual fund dealers, investment dealers, clearing agencies, and investor protection funds.
Antoinette is a CPA, CA, and CFA charter holder.

Community Benefit Charges: A discussion on new growth funding tools
The Association of Ontario Land Economists (AOLE) and the Appraisal Institute of Canada – Ontario (AIC – ON) welcome you to a free webinar panel discussion on Community Benefit Charges (CBCs) a new financing tool under the Planning Act. A one-time fee paid upon building permit, is based on a rate of 4% of land value, intended to fund growth related public services not covered by development charges or parkland dedication. The panel will discuss the various methods for establishing land value, how the applicable services will be defined, and how this will impact future development in the region.
