Community Benefit Charges: A discussion on new growth funding tools
The Association of Ontario Land Economists (AOLE) and the Appraisal Institute of Canada – Ontario (AIC – ON) welcome you to a free webinar panel discussion on Community Benefit Charges (CBCs) a new financing tool under the Planning Act. A one-time fee paid upon building permit, is based on a rate of 4% of land value, intended to fund growth related public services not covered by development charges or parkland dedication.
