CHAPTER REVITALIZATION
_edited.jpg)
Our chapters have always been at the heart of AIC Ontario—bringing members together to connect, collaborate, and strengthen the appraisal profession across the province. Through the Chapter Revitalization Project, we are reimagining how chapters work so they remain relevant, flexible, and responsive to member needs today and into the future.
Led by dedicated chapter executives and supported by AIC Ontario, this initiative is about creating stronger local connections, building inclusive spaces for professional growth, and ensuring every member has meaningful opportunities to engage. From networking and education to peer support and leadership, revitalized chapters will serve as welcoming hubs for members at every stage of their career.
Why we are doing this
At our May 2025 conference, we launched the Chapter Revitalization Project in direct response to concerns raised during the development of our Strategic Plan. This initiative aims to reimagine the chapter model so it’s more relevant, flexible, and aligned with member needs. Chapter executives are actively working toward a more connected, supportive future.
