Plan on selling your home?

Selling your home is a milestone in the life of every Ontarian. We are committed to an affordable and accessible real estate transaction for homes and businesses across the province.

With new data regulations, our industry is faced with steep paywalls that present a financial burden to Ontarians seeking to sell their home.

To quantify the disparity, a realtor registered with the Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate board pays $18.72 per month towards TERANET data access fees. A residential appraiser would pay $299 per month, and a commercial appraiser $658.33 per month for access to the same data that is funded by Ontario taxpayers.
